Retreats/Encounters/Spirituality

Parish Retreat is the coming together of the St. Peter Parish Family and visitors to listen, learn and enhance their relationship with God.  We invite you to consider one of these ministries that make up our parish family, and to discern where God is calling you to devote your personal gifts, time and talent. The opportunities to share your God-given skills, abilities and personal talents are many.

Bible Study: Read and reflect upon the following Sunday's reading in the Parish Center on Tuesdays following morning Mass.

Blue Army of Fatima: A worldwide movement of the faithful responding to Our Blessed Mother's specific requests at Fatima.

Eucharistic Adoration: There is Adoration followed by Benediction on the second Thursday of each month from 9:00 am until 9:00 pm in the Church.

Holy Hour of Reparation: Is in the Church on the 13th of each month at 6:00pm except on Saturday and Sunday.  Otherwise, the Friday before.

Individual Retreats: This ministry team facilitates and communicates retreat opportunities to St. Peter parishioners to assist in their spiritual formation.

Catholic Men's Fellowship: Catholic men's group that meets in small groups to discuss how Catholic tradition, prayer and scriputure assist in personal formation.

Open Vessels: Women's group that shares life experiences as daughters of God through readings and small-group discussions. They meet in the Vatican Room each Tuesday at 9:30am.

Parish Rosary: The Rosary is prayed in Church following daily Mass and the 8:30am Sunday Mass.

Third Order Carmelites: Lay Carmelites strive to live the spirituality of the Carmelite Order while living in the world.  Carmel is a call to the perfection of personal holiness. They meet in the Church on the fourth Sunday of each month at 1:00pm with prayers followed by a meeting in the Parish Center.

Shepherd's of Christ: Pray for priests, the Church and the world on the first Thursday of each month at 11:00 am.
